1/4 cup cider vinegar
3 tablespoons prepared coarse-ground mustard
3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 lime, juiced
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Ground black pepper to taste
6 tablespoons olive oil
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves



DIRECTIONS






In a large glass bowl, mix the cider vinegar, mustard, garlic, lime juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk in the olive oil. Place chicken in the mixture. Cover, and marinate 8 hours, or overnight.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Place chicken on the prepared grill, and cook 6 to 8 minutes per side, until juices run clear. Discard marinade.

Hmm, I wonder if I could cook this on the George Forman. It's a grill. LOL!

I have included a link for the recipe. One of the person's comment was talking about how they used their george foreman grill versus a regular grill and it turned out great as well. So I say go for it!

Oh awesome! Thanks Danielle! We don't fire up the big grill very often anymore and the Forman is just so much easier to use (not to mention clean...LOL!). :biggrin:
