1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
4 egg yolks
4 oz. KEY lime juice*
1 (9inch) graham cracker crust**

Mix together the sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks in a mixing bowl. Add the key lime juice. Mix together well then pour into the graham cracker crust. Put pie in oven and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Chill. Top with whipped cream and serve.

* It's important to use the KEY LIME juice! Straight lime juice is NOT what you want for this recipe!
** I use the shortbread crust instead. The flavor seems to work really well with the filling.

Yum! How funny. I was at the supermarket today and saw actual Key limes. I'll have to go back and get a bag now. :biggrin:
