Sara Reinke's mother will tell you she began writing stories almost from the moment she could toddle upright. Her debut fantasy, "Book of Days," from Double Dragon Publishing was named one of the top 10 sci-fi/fantasy titles of 2005 in the Preditors & Editors Readers Poll and a finalist in the Dream Realm Awards. She has followed up that success with four best-selling sequels to date. She parlayed a love of history into her writing, and in 2006, sold her first historical romance, "An Unexpected Engagement" to Medallion Press for February, 2007 release. A science-fiction thriller, "Tethers" is available in ebook from Samhain Publishing and will also be out in paperback in February, 2007. Sara has also explored other genres, and fallen in love with the world of vampires, psychics, shapeshifters and psychos that comprise paranormal romance.
