Greetings...I'm Eva Pasco, the Chick Lit Queen for Boomer Babes, confirming that love, passion, and adventure remain integral parts of a woman's life at any age.  Tired of reading stories exonerating women of financial means who forsook it all in the Second Act of Life to take up sky diving, mountain climbing, or seeking mysticism in Tibet,  I took a look around.  The women in my circle have commitments, obligations, and reservations about jumping outside the box.  Instead, we scrabble up the sides to peer over the edges.  That's when Carla Matteo stepped into my field of vision with all of her quirks, inhibitions, anxieties, and fears.  The seeds for my Romance/Women's Fiction novel, UNDERLYING NOTES,  were sown. More than a cocktail for hot flashes and fluctuating libido, UNDERLYING NOTES is grounded in reality, littered with debris from the Sixties, and driven by Carla's fragrance addiction.
