Hi Paige, I just got your message and I'm not training but I am an avid rider on a spin bike as well as other exercise classes in my gym. I've been battling MS for the past thirty three years and even though I have a mild form of it, I still have episodes with off balance so running is scary for me. I walk though as much as I can and I do wish you and your husband all the best at your "half-marathon" in Cardiff Wales! How exciting! I've always wanted to visit Wales! Keep me posted when you go!
