If you're stopping by for the first time, I just wanted to say welcome! I like to keep things pretty informal (if you ever came to my house, you'd know that's how it is at my house, too!:) ).
My latest book is Married by Morning -- check out the Excerpt in the Excerpts and More forum. I have three more books coming out this Christmas and I'll be sure to get excerpts and covers up very soon!
I'll be at the Romance Writers of America conference in Dallas in July so if you'll be there, be sure to say hi! I'll be signing books, too! I'll have copies of Pretty Bad, the last book in the food series.
I think that's it! The weather is great here -- perfect for ice coffee! :)
Just a quick hello
I am so glad you pointed out this website the other day. I checked it out and registered the same day.
Now if I can figure out how to subscribe to a thread. . .and what is a thread, anyway! ;>} My luck they'll all unravel before I get there!
LOL. I'm not much help. But I *think* that under your user profile (you can go to that using the User CP link at the top left) and on that you have options to be notified if someone responds to a thread you responded to. For anything else...I have no idea.:boat:
snicker..no it is easy honey. When you 'Reply' you are actually 'Replying to a thread or a group of messages. Not to worry, we all had to learn this.

Hi Shirley! Welcome to our forum family. I am so glad you joined us! :flowers:
Thank you! I'm so happy to be here! This site is as addictive as real coffee though. So now I'm here a LOT
it seemed to take me ages to get over here and say hi. I've been moving into my author section as well. Do you participate on the harlequin forum, I am overr there all the time chatting with the ladies on the Spice section and the Romantic Suspense. I love forums and Coffee time has to be my fave.
I hope lots more writers come on over here and gets to know CTR, they do lots of great stuff.
Hi Marian, nice to meet you!
I didn't even know there was one! I'll have to search around and find it. This is a pretty vast site :-)
Thanks for telling me! Or do you mean eHarlequin? I'm over at eHarlequin off and on. Not as much as I should be, but sometimes the boards move too fast...or too slow, LOL.
yeah eHarlequin I meant. I think the busiest one it the spice rack 5 at the moment while all the hopefuls wait for their answers back. Hehe. Hey now you can tell us all about you very first sale and how THE CALL went. If you can remember back then *wink* you know when we think that we just have to write and sell this first book and things will be so much easier LOL.
