ohhh...Judi! You are a genius! We (hubby and I) were wondering that just this weekend when we went to get our vegetables for the week. Since we had a hard freeze that destroyed most of the crops here..we have even HIGHER prices. It is absolutely disgusting to pay 4.99 for a red bell pepper.

Thank goodness I garden. As a matter of fact, we have expanded it this year to help compensate for the prices.
