Sugar free Raisin Bars
1 cup raisins
½ cup water
¼ cup margarine
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup flour
1 egg, slightly beaten
¾ cup unsweetened applesauce
2 sugar substitutes
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cups chopped walnuts
In a large saucepan, cook raisins, water, nutmeg, cinnamon and margarine until the margarine melts
Continue cooking for three minutes
Addd remaining ingredients
Spread in a greased eight inch baking pan
Bake at 350 degrees for twenty-five minutes or until slightly brown
Cool completely before cutting
