I love appetizers. They're quick and easy to make. This kickin' hot dip is a favorite of mine.

Devil's Dip
8 oz cream cheese, room temp.
1 cup sour cream
10 oz jalapeno bean dip
hot pepper sauce (Tabasco or Texas Pete) to taste
3 tbsp dried chives
2 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp chilli powder
1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese (grated)
1 1/2 cups med. chedder cheese (grated)
pinch of chilli powder

Place first 6 ingredients into medium bowl. Mix. Spread in ungreased 9x13 inch pan.

Layer next 4 ingredients, in order written, over bean dip mixture. Bake at 350F oven for 20 to 40 min until slightly crispy.

*garnish with sliced jalapeno peppers (optional)

Serve with assorted crackers and/or tortilla chips
