I thought it was time to share a melty, chocolatey recipe from Rocket's Red Glare!

Chocolate Ganache

1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream
2 T raspberry liquor (or whatever flavoring you want)

Put chocolate into a glass bowl.

Bring heavy cream to just under a boil. Watch carefully! You don't want to burn this.

Take off the heat and pour cream over chocolate and add liquor.

Let melt then stir until combine.

Let sit until slightly cool then either drizzle over a cake or dip cupcakes into it for frosting.

If you let harden fully in the refrigerator, you can make truffles.
