San Pedro Sula is the second largest city in Honduras. It is also my hometown and just today, it celebrates its Foundation Anniversary, it dates back to 1537!
So, during the celebration, many events take place around the city: Shows, theater, concerts, etc.
Also, since a few years ago, the local air base opens its doors and organizes an international air show.
Take a look at some of the planes that defend our air space from outside threats:

A Brazilian two-seat trainer aircraft.

But we also have some powerful jets like the F-5’s

Cabin F-5

There are also some venerable model bombers like the Cessna A-37B Dragonfly

Some airplanes arrived from invited countries like El Salvador, Guatemala and the U.S.A.

I understand this experimental plane was actually made in Honduras, Long E-Z

Hope you liked them.

As for me, I can say flying airplanes is a something I'd love to be able to do. I'm so much in love with aviation that as a matter of fact, two of my novels to date have key scenes happening on airliners (Treasure Hunt and Shattered Plans).
