1 box confection sugar
cup cocoa
cup milk
cup butter or margarine
1 Tablespoon vanilla
cup chopped nuts (optional)

Microwave confectionary sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter on high (full power) until butter is melted about 2-3 minutes.
Stir until smooth
Blend in vanilla and nuts
Spread into buttered 8 inch square pan.
Cut into squares

Great addition: Ive taken a couple of big tablespoons of peanut butter and added it into the pan (while the fudge is still hot). I then take a knife and spread it throughout the fudge in a swirl fashion. This is a great addition, and it makes the fudge taste so very creamy.
