LOL I always laugh at people trying to imitate Aussie accents, the always sound British, which of course is the nation we owe a lot of our heritage to. Being a nation building country, relatively young, we are really a country of pioneers, working from scratch to eke out an existence.

Many countries make up our hotch-potch of ancestry, including our native race the Aboriginals.

It sort of makes a hardworking group of people who also love to enjoy the spoils of that work. Of course there are many exceptions.

Anyways back to my thing about accents...do you have a favorite one? Or maybe one you hate? I hope my New Zealand neighbors forgive me but I hate the way you all pronounce you i's and e's LOL. That don't make me hate the people though, I know lots of Kiwi's and they are fun!
