The Medallion of Solaus: Excerpt
“Come back here,” he whispered, his exotic voice filled with
wonder and desire.
Before she could consent to his request, he pulled her to him
and she instinctively looked up at his face.
She parted her lips to speak, to say everything she’d waited
to say to him, but they were past that now. Solaus captured her
breath with his mouth and drew it deeply inside as he savored the
intent of her unformed words.
Kaitlin surrendered as his strong arms encircled her satin clad
figure. Solaus tasted her lips with his tongue, with his mouth, devouring
her very essence as he probed the depths of her being.
His strong hands stroked her skin with a hungry passion that had
been denied for far too long, and he held her lower body firmly
against his pressing desire.
“Kaitlin?” He pushed her name out between ardent kisses, suffering
from the very contact his lips lost against hers to speak one
“Yes,” she answered every question he could have asked, as
simply as she could.
