1 Easy Rolling Pie Crust (found in the Sundry board)
3/4 cup grated swiss cheese
1 1/2 cups cubed ham
2 eggs
1 cup half and half
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground black or white pepper

Heat the oven to 350 F. Roll out the dough and line a pie plate. Bake the pie shell for 5 to 7 minutes or until very lightly browned. Cool slightly.

Meanwhile, increase the oven temperature to 375 F. Sprinkle the grated cheese and cubed ham into the baked pie shell.

In a bowl, beat together the eggs, half and half, mustard, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and ham in the pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes or until firm in the center and lightly browned along the outer rim. Serve hot!
