Thanksgiving is around the corner! Here's a family recipe that has become a traditional side for my family's Thanksgiving Day dinner:
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Mix together the following:
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream (8 oz carton)
1/2 cup margarine or butter (1 stick) softened in the microwave, but not totally melted.
Pour mixture into a square baking dish treated with cooking spray.
Bake for approximately 1 hour, until the top is golden brown.
