Check out my blog to read the recap of all the horror movies Drake and I reviewed over the last several weeks!
And if you're lucky enough to be home today, check the listings on AMC and TCM! LOTS of great classic horror movies today.
Now, in the mean time, I hope you enjoy this little poem to start this spooky morning off right.
By Angela Caperton
Harvest fruit with care is picked
For size and shape to match the need,
With sharpened knife it's carved and nicked,
Until his face at last is freed.
Lighted candle set inside,
Walls of bright orange skin,
Cause hollow eyes to shine with pride,
Above a gaping grin.
In the dark the flame will shine,
A beacon on this Samhain night,
To those we love who crossed the line,
And journey towards the endless light.
Pumpkin glow will lead their way,
While his grin keeps harm at bay.
