Maggie Wright is a pretty, petite woman who teaches at the local school. All her life, her mother and sister have treated her like a second-class citizen. In their eyes, she is not beauty pageant beautiful. When her best friend gives her a makeover, men start to notice her, especially Kyle Chase. Unfortunately, after a few dates with a man named Alex, she has acquired a stalker.

Kyle Chase owns a landscaping business. He is one “HOT” specimen and all the women crave him. Of course, Kyle uses his charm to get the ladies. One night at the local hangout, Kyle notices Maggie when she angrily puts his brother Shane in his place for being rude. From that moment on, Kyle wants Maggie and is unable to forget her. However, Kyle is loyal to his brothers and chooses not to pursue Maggie since Shane has shown an interest in her.

Maggie and Shane date a few times, but find their relationship going nowhere, and it ends. Then Kyle, realizing the path is clear, moves in on Maggie. Maggie discovers that someone she dated has become obsessed with her. Kyle helps Maggie realize the lies about her looks are unfound. These two fall in love and Maggie beings to see she has acquired a family through the Chase family. The only flaw in her new life is the danger the stalker has brought her.

Kyle and Maggie are two excellent characters that bring absolute enjoyment and scorching, explosive passion to every page. Ms. Dane definitely has a winner with this story. I hope that this author will bestow more books upon us about the rest of the Chase brothers, especially the emotionally wounded Shane. I definitely believe everybody should make time for this book. This story was a pure delight.
