Maxie is a werewolf. She has been a werewolf since she was attacked by another werewolf when she was fifteen. She works in an office.

Damien and Noah are two werewolves who also happen to be lovers. They are investigating a series of murders that are connected to werewolves.

When Maxie first sets eyes on Damien and Noah at a club her first thought is ‘top sirloin,’ but they are with another woman, and she is about to hook up with another man so she shrugs it off. When her neighbor and friend is murdered and Maxie is the one to find her, it is not long after that Damien and Noah show up. While she is ecstatic to find two men who are her own kind, she is not about to jump straight to the sex. However, when Damien and Noah begin filling her in on their investigation and how they think she is the target of someone who is killing werewolves, she is very glad they are there. The men move into her home in order to help keep her safe, and it does not take long for these three to become close both sexually and emotionally. However, in spite of this, Maxie has no intention of letting the two men rule her life. There is a killer out there and she has every intention of helping Damien and Noah catch and stop him. Will they be able to stop the man who is targeting and killing werwolves? Will Damien and Noah be able to keep Maxie safe?

Maxie Briscoe: Werewolf really had me laughing in places; I love Maxie’s take-no-prisoners attitude. I also liked how Ms. Bradley portrayed the trio’s werewolf traits. So many times in books about werewolves the characters are almost too human with just a little wolf thrown in. That was not the case with this book, you clearly got the delineation between human and wolf with an equal amount of traits on both sides. The sex scenes are scorching and give added depth to the story. All in all I truly enjoyed Maxie Briscoe: Werewolf.
