Bella is a pastry chef with wanderlust. She never stays in place for very long, certainly not long enough for a relationship.

Jacob is a police detective with deep roots in the community. He had a disastrous relationship and is not looking for a new one. He is happily married to his job.

Eight Dates in Eight Nights is neither Bella nor Jacob’s idea of fun, but their friends insist. Bella’s dates have been nice but she feels no spark until the last one, Jacob. They hit it off and Bella never expects to see him again. But the next morning she finds a dead man at her back door, and the detective first on the scene is none other than Jacob. Someone is attacking her eight dates, and both Bella and Jacob are in danger.

Suspense, hot love scenes, and great characters make this story impossible to put down. Bella is a quirky character without roots or a true home and Jacob is the complete opposite. The chemistry between the two characters is scorching. The plot is fast moving and loaded with sensuality. All the clues to the villain are there, but it is not easy to pick out the killer, and the final scenes are real nail biters!
