Once again Mistress Karenne has allowed a Coffee Crew Member out of the dungeon to play. This month we get a chance to delve into the life of LeeAnn. So please grab your favorite cup of coffee, cocoa, or latte and sit down to read about this very busy and talented reviewer.

1.       How long have you worked for Coffee Time Romance?
            2 years 10 months.

2.       What are your duties?
Book reviewing is my only duty. Life keeps me really busy.

3.       What are some of your favorite books? Who is/are your favorite author(s)?
Christine Feehan's dark series. Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark Hunter Series, Kresley Cole's Immortals after Dark series, and J.R. Wards Black Dagger Brotherhood series are my top favorites. This also gives you the answer to my favorite authors.

4.       If you could pick one book that you have read to be turned into a movie which book would it be and why?
A book I would love to see as a movie would have to be Dark Prince by Christine Feehan.

5.       What do you love about being a book reviewer?
I love discovering authors I would never have had the chance to read simply because I am more of a printed book type of person.

6.       Which state/country do you live in?
Currently I live in California, but I move around a lot due to my husband’s job so who knows where I'll be in a couple of years.

7.       If you could travel to any location in the world (maybe even in the galaxy) which dream destination would you choose and why?
My dream is to travel to Scotland go to a pub and listen to all those lovely sexy Scottish accents.

8.       Some authors write a book and you can just picture yourself in the pages. Which book would you love to be able to jump into and join in on the adventure?
Christine Feehan’s Dark Prince. I would Love to be the main female character in that book.

9.   Tell the viewers something quirky about you, something that maybe we don’t even know.
It’s not quirky but no one knows at Coffee Time Romance that I am hugely into scrapbooking. I have a whole room dedicated to it. I love it. You could call me a scrapbook addict.

10.   How did you end up becoming a book reviewer?
I became a book reviewer actually by dumb luck. I met a woman at a soccer game. We got talking and she happened to work for Coffee Time Romance. She got me an interview. I must have impressed someone because here I am almost 3 years later.

11.   Do you have any social networks you belong to? Ex.: MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, etc etc.
I belong to MySpace and face book. I use these places to keep track of friends that I end up moving away from.

12.   Out of all the different events that Coffee Time hosts each month (CTRR, Book Brew, Tuesday chats, etc) which is your favorite and why?
Actually to be honest I don't really ever participate in any of the other events at coffee time. I just am too busy. I'd love to at some point but right now it just is not an option, and I am so glad Karenne understands.

13.   What has been your best experience with Coffee Time Romance?
My best experience with Coffee Time was when I went to go look something up on an author’s website and there was one of my reviews for the world to see. My dream is to have one of my reviews in a printed book.

14.   What have you learned most from being a book reviewer?
The one thing that I am going to take away from my time at Coffee Time Romance is all the writing skills I have picked up. It's really helped me out a lot with going back to school and trying to finish up my Psychology degree.

15.   What type of music do you listen to? What is your favorite song?
My favorite song is A Day in the life by the Beetles. I mostly listen to rock, but I also listen to some country. Growing up in the eighties has made that my favorite music decade, but I listen to music from the 50s all the way up until today.

16.   What is your favorite movie?
My all time favorite movie is Lady Jane. A movie that came out in the mid-eighties, that’s when I discovered how much I love romance.

17.   What is your favorite genre to read?
My favorite genre to read would be a tie between Paranormal Romance, and historical romances involving a Scottish laird and a fiery female.

18.   What do you prefer: printed books or eBooks?
I really prefer printed books because I can actually hold them in my hands and smell that paper and ink smell of books. Yes I have an e-book reader but for some reason it isn't the same.

19.   What flavor of Coffee would best describe who you are?
I hate coffee so no flavor would describe me, but Hot Chocolate would be my answer as it's Hot, sweet, and comforting.

Thank you readers! Now it is time for us to crawl back into the dungeon where we will await the Mistress’ punishment. We hope you enjoyed this month’s Coffee Grounds. Till next time, have a great month, drink lots of coffee and read tons of books!
